Every detail of the hotel was perfect, all the staff were really helpful. The room was fairly quiet and cheap, we had central heating, TV and a writing desk. Our location was secure and quiet, close to a train station. You guys made our stay good!
Some people working there were bad.

Friendly staff, good location close to the subway, price not too expensive, internet (wi-fi) - although not working properly a lot of the time. It was ok, not bad.
Common toilets, all men toilets situated on the 2nd floor, showers were in the basement, you had to go up and down all the time, could have been cleaner, certainly the toilets. The internet (wi-fi) was not working (not good signal) for a lot of time. I mean, you were connected but couldnt visit sites sometimes, you had to get lucky to get in the sites

I think there are no thing in this hotel to like it, because it should not accepted to be houstel ,there are to much(much much much....) noise of train (rail way).
I have complain about this hotel has too much rail way noise, where guest cannot sleep in this hostel. Also I complain about staff of hotel receptionist ,who does not respect to me when I arrived the hostel I asked him to give me bed in side with no noise of rail way train because I was had exame at next day,he said me I do not give you bed in comfortable room , He said me if you ask that second time I will get you out of hostel . How he can get me out and I booked bed before one month????

Family rooms with kitchenette, really good shower facilities, convenient location across from tube station
The noise from the train station is relentless!!! Room sizes often feel misleading, leaving some guests cramped and frustrated!!! Slow drainage in the bathrooms can be a nuisance, impacting overall comfort!!!

Cozy spot right by the tube!
The staff was super chill and helpful, and the breakfast was a solid deal if you paid a day early. Room was clean and comfy, and having a kettle was a nice touch. Only thing was the noise from the tube. It was kinda loud at times. But honestly, it's a great spot for exploring London.
